Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, or related discipline.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Typically 12+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation.
• Experience leading complex engagements and managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication with senior executives and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Engagement leadership from problem definition through recommendations and implementation.
• Lead strategy, market entry, pricing, M&A support, and business planning projects.
• Oversee cost reduction, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage financial, economic, risk, and regulatory analyses for client engagements.
• Develop client relationships, present findings to executives, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Support business development, proposals, and account planning; mentor junior staff.
• Contribute to methodologies and capabilities to grow the advisory practice.
