Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in electrical construction, commissioning, startup, or operations.
• NFPA 70E certification or equivalent electrical safety training.
• Experience serving as Energy Marshal or Switching Authority on data center or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of control for energization, de-energization, and switching on assigned projects.
• Review, approve, and coordinate EWPs, switching plans, and LOTO procedures.
• Enforce site LOTO programs and ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed on site.
• Lead energization planning meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain uptime and safety.
