Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Energetics Network Development Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

A Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis experience (or 7+ years in lieu of a degree) is required, along with HUMINT/SIGINT experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis experience, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within IC/CC environments.
• Experience with pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
• Experience with SIGINT and HUMINT, and using high-side tools/databases (Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI).

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources, build effective queries, and integrate information from disparate sources for mission understanding.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques and databases to brief DoD officials and operational customers.
• Apply structured methodologies and SME guidance to projects.
• Develop products for tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads and briefings.
