Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Energetics Network Development Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s military forces across basic, strategic, and industrial sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis (or 7+ years in lieu of degree) and experience with HUMINT targeting and SIGINT tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in all-source analysis, or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting in IC/CC environments.
• Experience with pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
• Proficiency with high-side tools and databases (Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI).

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources and create effective queries from disparate sources.
• Validate information and craft assessments for senior policymakers.
• Apply targeting techniques to inform DoD and operational customers.
• Develop products and briefings from tactical to strategic levels.
