Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking an All Source Analyst (Network Analysis), Senior to support government all-source intelligence analysis of foreign WMD programs, including proliferation and procurement of relevant materials and technologies.

The role emphasizes delivering intelligence products per ICD 203/206, publishing finished analyses, and leading teams with strong communication of complex information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the labor category with recent activity.
• Experience with the IC/DIA analytical production process.
• Experience producing intelligence products that adhere to ICD 203 and 206.
• Experience developing, coordinating, and publishing finished intelligence products through review and dissemination processes.
• Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced.
• Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems and apply analytic methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
