RTX is seeking an energetic Energetics Material Program Manager to serve as the primary supply chain focal point for assigned energetic materials within the TOW portfolio. You will develop and execute material plans, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and other contract requirements.

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years in related roles, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, production control, receiving, cost estimating, logistics, or finance.
• Experience with supplier management and/or subcontract management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier to program relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Independently balance supply and demand to maintain executable material plans.
• Drive supplier issue resolution and recovery plans to meet program needs.
• Track and report material sales forecasting and maintain risk and opportunity plans.
• Support EAC processes and contribute to program estimates.
• Ensure data integrity in MRP systems and lead scheduling and capacity planning.
• Frequent travel to supplier locations as needed.
