VASA Fitness is hiring a STUDIO LFT Coach in Romeoville, IL. This role delivers high-energy, closely coached group strength workouts, guides members, and ensures safe, effective training experiences that align with our House of VASA.

You will coach to individual levels, demonstrate proper form, and foster a welcoming, energetic environment. The position emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and the ability to engage with members, promote studio products, and participate in post-class cleanup to

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in Personal Training, Small Group Training, CrossFit, Collegiate/Private Strength & Conditioning, or group fitness formats.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group of people.
• General knowledge and experience of kinesiology, exercise science, physical fitness etc.
• Promotes an upbeat, enthusiastic, high-energy environment when coaching/instructing.
• Minimum local travel may be required for support, training, or other purposes as needed.

• Be punctual and prepared, greet members at the door to start each class on time.
• Safely demonstrate exercises with modifications and correct form.
• Engage in the class, coach, and connect with members throughout workouts.
• Be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and engaging.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member needs and concerns.
• Recommend additional VASA Fitness products and amenities meeting members' needs.
• Invite non-members to attend STUDIO LFT classes to grow membership and attendance.
• Coach individuals at personal fitness levels, provide modifications for success.
• Multitask, stay organized, be positive and motivating with good interpersonal skills.
• Complete post-class procedures: clean, sanitize, organize for a safe environment.
• Engage with social media to promote STUDIO LFT and celebrate member wins.
