Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• 1–5 years experience teaching STEM subjects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct students in STEM, ensuring a safe and dynamic learning environment.
• Deliver STEM lessons to ages 4–14 with varied skill levels.
• Develop and promote fundamental STEM skills.
• Supervise groups with attention to behavior, safety, and development.
• Ensure safety of students and staff.
• Prepare daily plans in a fun, creative way.
• Use classroom management to guide activities and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with other Activity Specialists daily.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct.
