Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking STEM instructors to supervise and teach students ages 4–14 in engaging, safe, hands-on activities. You will implement structured STEM lessons, adapt to varied skill levels, and collaborate with fellow specialists to ensure a positive learning environment.

The role requires a high-energy, positive demeanor, strong communication with families, and compliance with safety and conduct policies. Some travel may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• 1-5 years experience teaching STEM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Clear, concise communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct students in STEM subjects, ensuring a safe and dynamic learning environment.
• Implement STEM lessons catering to ages 4–14 with varying skill levels.
• Promote fundamental STEM skills to enhance knowledge and proficiency.
• Group supervision with attention to behavior, health, safety, and development.
• Ensure safety of students and team members.
• Organize and prepare daily plans in a fun, creative manner.
• Use effective classroom management to lead activities and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists on daily responsibilities.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Exhibit Impact Kids Core Values at all times.
