FAH LLC in Colorado is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant to greet customers, capture vehicle information, and clearly report symptoms for accurate maintenance planning.

You will prepare cost estimates for labor and parts, verify insurance for loaners, set follow-up times, and monitor progress while keeping customers informed. A customer‑focused, energetic approach and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a service department.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of automobiles and car maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Proactive and energetic with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
