Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking a Server for Violi Oak Brook to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced Greek-inspired dining room. You will engage guests from greeting to farewell, share menu knowledge including allergens, and ensure smooth course pacing with accurate POS input.

Collaborate with bartenders and support staff to maintain a welcoming environment, drive guest engagement, and promote rewards programs while upholding sanitation and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years serving experience in a full-service restaurant (high-volume preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service fundamentals.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law (if applicable).
• Valid alcohol service certification and food service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests from greeting through farewell.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items, including allergens, and guide guest selections.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure proper pacing and timing of courses.
• Monitor table progress and proactively anticipate guest needs.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
