Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to join our El Paso store. You will handle merchandise receiving, stocking, cleaning, and customer interactions while supporting safe store operations.

This role requires a strong customer-focused attitude, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and basic math for cash handling. Part-time hours and a team environment are offered to help our customers shop with ease.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, trash.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Ensure cash security and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
