Buff City Soap is seeking team members to join our energetic retail environment in Cedar Falls, IA. You will help customers, answer questions and suggest products while supporting a friendly, fast-paced Makery and retail space.

Expect a five-day workweek with a typical 30–45 hour schedule, with opportunities for bonus growth. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
