Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients, building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task by juggling product production as clients enter and leave.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including production and retail areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment while upholding company policies.
