Job summary

Buff City Soap is seeking a motivated team member for a fast-paced, customer-focused role in Dubuque. You will provide excellent service, engage customers, and suggest products while helping maintain a clean, welcoming Makery and retail space.

You’ll work five days a week with a flexible 30–45 hour schedule, depending on hourly or salary status, and enjoy benefits and opportunities for growth in a high-energy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task—balance product production with client flow; engage new clients.

Responsibilities
