Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to engage with all clients, build relationships, and meet their needs as a client.
• Ability to make product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task: juggle product production as clients enter and leave; engage new clients on arrival.
• Assist with keeping the Makery and retail areas clean.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while upholding company policies.
• Candidate should expect to work five days per week and a 30–45 hour schedule depending on status.
