Vitascope, Hyatt Regency New Orleans’ high-energy, sports-themed full-service restaurant, invites you to join our team as a server. Provide warm, attentive service to guests, take orders, deliver promptly, and upsell to enhance the experience while keeping the dining area lively and welcoming.

You'll collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, handle payments accurately, and represent the upbeat spirit of Vitascope.

Qualifications

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a lively setting.
• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events.
• AM Shifts: 10:00am to 6:00pm; PM Shifts: 5:00pm to 11:00pm; shifts may vary.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Take food and beverage orders, deliver items promptly, and ensure accuracy.
• Offer menu recommendations and upsell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic dining environment.
• Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle payments accurately and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
• Represent the spirit of Vitascope — upbeat, welcoming, and guest‑focused.
