RideNow Powersports Goodyear is seeking an energetic Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will greet customers, explain features, guide selections from selection to purchase, and coordinate delivery with the team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

No riding or sales experience required; comprehensive training is provided. Full-time position with commission, employee discounts on gear and vehicles, ongoing product education, healthcare, and PTO.

• Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and models.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase to delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup
