Job summary

RideNow Powersports in the United States is seeking a energetic Sales Associate to join our sales team. No riding or prior sales experience required, with commission plus training pay and employee discounts on gear and vehicles.

You will learn products, assist customers through the sales cycle, and help maintain showroom displays while working with a friendly, fast-paced team. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to grow in a dynamic powersports dealership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed goals.
• Prior experience in retail or dealership sales is preferred.
• High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn product knowledge & follow a sales process.
• Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic.
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.

• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase to delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup.
