RideNow Powersports is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to join our team. No riding or sales experience required, and we offer commission plus training pay.

You will provide product knowledge, assist customers through the sales process, and collaborate with a team across sales, service and support. Healthcare, dental, vision, and PTO are included, with employee discounts on gear and vehicles.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter attitude with drive to exceed goals.
• Prior experience in retail or dealership sales preferred.
• High enthusiasm and willingness to learn product knowledge and follow a sales process.
