RideNow Powersports in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an energetic, customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. No riding or sales experience required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You’ll help customers find their dream ride, guide them through the sales process, stay current on inventory and promotions, and collaborate with sales, service, and support teams. This fast‑paced environment offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with drive to exceed goals.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and follow a sales process.
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase to delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup.
