Job summary

RideNow Powersports – Dallas is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to join our fast-growing team. No riding or sales experience is required, and you’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing development opportunities.

We offer a commission-based pay structure with performance incentives, plus benefits and employee discounts. You’ll help customers find their dream ride, stay current on models and promotions, and collaborate with a dynamic team across sales, service and support.

Qualifications

• Passion for powersports
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed goals
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads
• Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
• Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup
