RideNow Powersports in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Sales Associate to join our energetic team. You will greet customers, build relationships, and guide shoppers through product selection, purchase, and delivery while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our bikes and promotions.

No riding or sales experience is required. We offer commission plus training pay, employee discounts on gear and vehicles, healthcare, dental and vision coverage, life and short-term disability insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A self-starter attitude with drive to exceed goals.
• Prior experience in retail or dealership sales is preferred.
• High enthusiasm and willingness to learn product knowledge and follow a sales process.
