Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a high-energy Line Cook to support our cinema dining operations. You will prepare menu items according to recipes, manage portion controls, and keep the kitchen clean and organized.

The role emphasizes fast service and teamwork to ensure guests receive quality meals during busy shows. Candidates should be 16+, have basic food safety training, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items per approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follows daily prep lists and maintains food storage and cleanliness.
• Collaborates with server team to ensure accurate orders.
• Opens or closes a workstation as scheduled.
• Maintains procedures for safety, sanitation, and preventing food waste.
• Wipes down high-contact areas and uses PPE as required.
