Friedman Real Estate is seeking a energetic leasing professional to connect with potential residents at Knoll Ridge Townhomes in Indianapolis. In this client-facing role, you will establish and maintain relationships and serve as the face of the community, leveraging sales skills to fill vacancies.

Candidates should have leasing or property management experience, a valid driver's license, and availability on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Candidates must have a valid drivers license.
• Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.
• Excellent sales and marketing abilities are necessary.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Candidates must have leasing or property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferred.
