Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state health certifications.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Work well in a team as well as independently with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items for line per recipes and portion controls.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of all food products.
• Sanitizes work areas and equipment; adheres to safety regulations.
• Works with team to deliver an exceptionally memorable dining experience for guests.
• Assists with general kitchen tasks and uses PPE as required.
