Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit.
• Team Members who work with alcohol are required to complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent Guest service.
• Must communicate with people of all ages and backgrounds in English.

Responsibilities

• Brings a passion for food and maintains an energetic attitude daily.
• Prepares items for line according to recipes and portion controls.
• Follows prep lists daily.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage per health and safety regulations.
• Minimizes food waste, theft and ensures proper food storage and safety.
• Cleans prep area and equipment after use.
• Communicates with team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Maintains professional Cinemark culinary attire.
• Ensures SOPs and safety standards are met.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas.
• Uses PPE as required and adapts to task scope.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
