Job summary

Cinemark is hiring a Prep Cook to join our theater kitchen team. You will prepare items using approved recipes, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and work closely with servers to ensure accurate orders.

The role supports a fast-paced, high-volume environment and requires attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, energetic attitude. Qualifications include being at least 16, completing basic food handling training, and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification/health card where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for team members serving alcohol may be required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prep all items per approved recipes and portion controls.
• Follow prep lists daily and maintain cleanliness and proper storage.
• Collaborate with servers to ensure accurate food orders.
• Open or close a workstation as scheduled.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines.
