Wingstop is hiring a restaurant cook in Carol Stream, IL to prepare high-quality, consistent Wingstop meals following our standards. You will focus on rapid, accurate ticket preparation, proper portioning of bone-in wings, boneless wings, and strips, and safe cooking procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, operating fryers and timers, assisting other positions as needed, and ensuring a positive guest experience with friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Some hospitality experience preferred.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure quality Wingstop products and quick service.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, follow safety procedures.
• Accurately prepare Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Strips to Wingstop standards.
• Coordinate cooking times and portions with timers.
• Keep fryer area clean and follow sanitation procedures.
• Assist other positions when necessary.
