Job summary

Old Colony YMCA in Hanson, MA is seeking a Group Leader to inspire children through positive role modeling and engaging activities. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday with hours from 7AM until school starts and/or 2PM–6PM, offering a dynamic environment where you help create memorable moments for kids.

You will lead games, crafts, and adventures, encourage kindness and teamwork, and work under a Site Coordinator to ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive program.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, compassionate, and enjoy working with children.
• Ability to engage kids, lead activities, and create a positive environment.
• Reliable and patient with a strong sense of responsibility to safety.

Responsibilities
