Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an Entertainment Ambassador to create an exciting atmosphere for kids and lead on-site entertainment experiences. You will personally interact with guests, perform character appearances, and manage branded activities across the property.

The role requires high-energy performances, strong customer service, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and incentives are provided as part of the Great Wolf University program.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking, dancing, and performing in front of large groups multiple times a day.
• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Flexibility regarding scheduling including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
• Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures.
• Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Personally interact with Great Wolf Lodge guests.
• Willingness to perform child-friendly promotional activities on-site and in the community.
• Represent Great Wolf Lodge and our mission and core values in a positive manner on and off site.
• Perform branded experiences consistently according to SOPs.
• Lead high energy brand events/experiences during shifts (Storytime, Dance Party, Yoga, etc.).
• Interact with families while leading hands-on activities (arts/crafts, bingo, games).
• Coordinate character appearances and entertainment at the property.
• Be the guide for characters to and from meet-and-greet locations and engage guests.
