Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. offers after-school programs at Bay Area elementary schools. This part-time coaching role runs Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, typically one hour per class with optional extra 30 minutes of pre-care.

You’ll teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans, manage class size (8–16), attend a 2‑day training, and ensure attendance and sign-ins while coordinating with parents and school staff. All equipment is provided and reliable transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Must be 19+ years old and local to the Bay Area.
• Must be vaccinated and able to pass TB test and Live Scan.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for ages 5–10 using provided plans.
• Manage class size (8–16) and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2‑day training or shadowing session.
• Take attendance and coordinate with parents and school staff.
• Capture class photos for documentation.
