Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. is seeking part-time coaches to lead classes for children aged 5–10 at various elementary schools in the Bay Area. Each session lasts about one hour, with the possibility of an extra 30 minutes for pre-care. Sessions run Monday–Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, typically one class per day.

Pay ranges from $50–$65 per session, with all equipment provided. Training/shadowing is required before starting, and transportation is needed to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience in sports, coaching, or working with kids is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation, be punctual, and able to work in person at Bay Area schools.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for children ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
• Manage class size of 8–16 students and maintain a positive environment.
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
• Take attendance and interact with parents/school staff; document class activities.
• Capture a few class photos for documentation.
