Aaron’s Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to engage directly with customers, drive sales, and assist with showroom tasks. The role includes a competitive hourly wage with performance-based incentives and a broad benefits package.

Responsibilities include helping customers find products, maintaining a clean showroom, and handling basic clerical duties. Availability includes a flexible daytime schedule, six days a week in many locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule of hours from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their products and assist with moving merchandise.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Perform clerical duties including creating and maintaining customer files.
