Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to engage customers on the showroom floor and assist them in finding the right products. You will also help clean and organize merchandise, support clerical tasks, and maintain a positive sales environment.

Training and tools will be provided to handle physical duties safely. The role offers an hourly pay range with incentive pay based on performance and eligibility for benefits across full- and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours typically from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers in person and on the telephone.
