Royal Sonesta Kaua‘i Resort in Lihue, HI is seeking a professional Bartender to deliver wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with warmth and precision.

You will provide exceptional guest service, maintain knowledge of beverage menus, and support bar operations during high-volume periods, including setup and closing duties. This role offers evenings and weekend availability in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems and handling cash accurately.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Engage guests with recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Process orders, payments, tabs and transactions using POS.
• Assist with bar setup, inventory, and opening/closing duties.
