Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Studio Red Coach in Colorado Springs. You will deliver high-energy interval training, motivate members, and ensure an exceptional studio experience. The role requires a valid group fitness or personal training certification, CPR/AED, and a passion for fitness.

Candidates should be professional, upbeat, and able to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. The position offers hourly compensation and access to gym benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of personal/small group or group fitness training experience.
• NCCA-accredited certification required for role.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience leading, coaching, or teaching a group.
• Solid knowledge of kinesiology and exercise science.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energetic HIIT workouts for STUDIO RED members.
• Greet members, set up studio, and start classes on time.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide modifications.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to member needs.
• Engage participants throughout the workout and motivate the group.
• Promote VASA Fitness products and amenities as appropriate.
• Encourage non-members to attend STUDIO RED classes.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment post-class.
