Job summary

EXOS is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes at our Boston facilities. You will create fun, effective workouts tailored to a range of fitness levels and ensure safe, inclusive experiences for all participants.

The role requires at least one year of leading group classes and current nationally accredited certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff and various part-time options.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience leading successful group exercise classes.
• Certification from a recognized group exercise program (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA, etc.).
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and results-driven group exercise classes with a focus on safety and fun.
• Develop and deliver routines for diverse fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide modifications to participants as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere to help members reach goals.
• Stay updated on group exercise trends and practices.
