Job summary

EXOS Works, LLC is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes and promote a positive, energetic fitness environment. You will craft routines for diverse fitness levels, provide modifications, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all participants.

The role requires strong communication, motivation, and a passion for fitness, with a minimum of one year leading group classes and current national certification. CPR/AED is mandatory; First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA) is required.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g., Zumba, Yoga) must be trained/licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate a group.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group exercise classes and ensure safe, enjoyable experiences.
• Develop and deliver routines for varied fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide modifications to participants as needed.
