Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes across studio locations. You will design and deliver fresh routines, maintain punctuality, and motivate others with a positive, professional presence.

Requirements include at least one year of experience leading group classes, current nationally accredited certification, CPR/AED, and ability to teach licensed formats with proper training. Exos offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• CPR/AED certification required; First Aid certification desired.

• Lead and instruct group exercise classes with enthusiasm.
• Create and deliver fresh, innovative routines.
• Be punctual, professional and motivate participants.
• Collaborate with studio team to ensure a positive class experience.
