Hard Rock Cafe is seeking a team-oriented individual to handle delivery, setup, and on-site service for catering events in Biloxi. You will verify orders, load and transport equipment, and arrange food displays at client locations while ensuring professional client interactions and adaptability for last-minute changes.

The role requires physical stamina for lifting and navigating venues, as well as a clean driving record and reliable time management to meet event timelines.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for a CDL if required for larger vehicles.
• Maintain a clean driving record with no major violations.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly and navigate stairs or loading docks.
• Meet tight event timelines with reliable time management.
• Demonstrate professional, courteous communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Order Preparation: Verify order accuracy against the invoice before leaving the catering facility.
• Safe Transport: Load and unload catering equipment and food, ensuring items are secured to prevent spills or damage during transit.
• On-site Setup: Unload, arrange, and present food displays at client locations (e.g., buffets, corporate meetings) exactly as requested.
• Customer Service: Act as the face of the business by greeting clients professionally, answering basic menu questions, and handling last-minute adjustments.
