Job summary

Planet Fitness - TG3E/CM3 in Troy, OH seeks a Nationally Certified Fitness Trainer to lead small-group classes, conduct new member orientations, and help members use equipment safely while embracing our 'Judgement Free Zone' philosophy on-site.

The role requires CPR/AED certification, a valid trainer certification, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. You will support front desk operations and help create a welcoming, inclusive gym environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Nationally Certified Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or NSCA).
• CPR/AED Certification required within specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group fitness classes and orientations for new members.
• Assist with club operations and front desk support.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and a welcoming environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe workout area and wipe down equipment.
• Support club events and member appreciation activities.
