Planet Fitness - TG3E/CM3 is seeking a on-site Fitness Trainer to guide and motivate members through group sessions and orientations. You will promote safe use of equipment and uphold the Judgement Free Zone, creating an inclusive atmosphere.

This role involves facilitating small-group workouts, assisting at the front desk, and conducting club tours to engage new members. The ideal candidate will be 18+, possess national trainer certification, CPR/AED, and tanning certification within company

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work onsite.
• Nationally certified trainer (ACE/NASM/ISSA/ACSM/NSCA) with CPR/AED.
• Tanning certification within company timeframes.

Responsabilités

• Lead small-group fitness sessions aligned with Planet Fitness standards.
• Conduct new member orientations and promote Judgement Free Zone.
• Provide general fitness instruction and equipment guidance for members.
• Be visible on the club floor to assist members and support retention.
• Assist front desk operations and member tours when needed.
