Responsibilities

• Welcome and monitor guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food, beverages, and dietary needs.
• Perform side work and maintain service areas during shifts.
• Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards.
