Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) in Atlanta is seeking a bartender to create engaging cocktails in a fast-paced setting and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will learn and uphold standard drink recipes, assist with bar operations, and help guests feel welcomed. The role requires 21+ with 1-2 years of bartending experience and a willingness to work flexible hours across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior bartending experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard recipes.
• Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar.
• Maintain bottles and glasses and assist with bar inventory and side work.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and respond to dietary questions.
• Prepare and present the final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities.
