Job summary

Moersch Hospitality Group is seeking energetic, polished Bussers for Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant in Buchanan, MI. This part-time, hourly role supports the Front of House team and helps deliver an exceptional dining experience by keeping tables lit, clean, and reset quickly while anticipating guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but training is available.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and sense of urgency.
• Detail-oriented with cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently between guests.
• Maintain a clean dining room and service areas.
• Assist servers with water service and guest needs.
• Remove used dishes and glassware throughout service.
• Set tables according to service standards.
• Support food runners and servers during peak periods.
• Communicate guest needs to team members.
• Stock and maintain service stations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work.
• Deliver friendly, professional hospitality to guests.
