Responsibilities include conducting activations, verifying age, collecting survey data, and reporting results. No tobacco experience required; a great personality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events marketing, or promotional marketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities are important.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and promotions.
