2020 Companies is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the Richmond territory. You will engage adult consumers in one‑on‑one conversations, share brand offerings, gather feedback, and distribute promotional offers to create memorable experiences.

If you’ve worked in promotions, events, hospitality, or retail sales, your personality is your superpower. No tobacco industry experience is required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure activities comply with policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions and encourage purchase consideration.
• Build relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Document activity results and survey completion in reporting systems.
