O.H.S.O. Brewery & Distillery in Phoenix, AZ is seeking energetic bartenders to deliver memorable guest experiences while maintaining responsible service and bar organization. You’ll prepare drinks, recommend beverages, handle transactions, and stay informed about menus and specials. Must be 19+ with Food Handler’s Card and able to lift 50 pounds; dogs welcome.

Qualificações

• At least two years of recent bartending experience.
• Knowledge of cocktails, liquor, wine, craft beer, and spirits.
• Must hold a current Food Handler's Card and be at least 19 to serve alcohol in Arizona.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with an energetic, friendly attitude.
• Listen to guest preferences and make beverage recommendations.
• Take and prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Stay informed about featured beverages, specials, and new items.
• Check identifications and follow legal alcohol-service requirements.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Balance the cash register and complete checkout procedures.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and restock glassware and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with servers, barbacks, and managers.
• Follow food-safety and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Contribute to a lively, welcoming guest experience.
