OHSO Brewery and Distillery in Gilbert, AZ is seeking friendly, energetic servers to deliver great guest experiences. Our front-of-house uses a team-service model with pooled tips, creating a supportive, collaborative environment where dogs are welcome.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving attentively, and communicating with staff to ensure smooth service. Training and benefits accompany a fun, team-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent serving experience.
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card.
• Current Title 4 liquor certification.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately.
• Communicate clearly with guests, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers.
• Support all tables and guests as part of the front-of-house team.
• Run food, refill beverages, pre-bus tables, and assist coworkers.
